More than just a 10K
- Throughout the course you'll have to stop and do Exercises......
- Example: 33 sit-ups or 11 burpees or 22 push-ups or 22 body squats.
- As soon as you finish your exercises, you just keep on running to your next stop.
Run it Solo or as a Team of 2
- The course is a series of loops. Solo you obviously do it all.
- As a Team of 2: You alternate loops.....Get it?
