> Aid Stations:  Water and or Sports Drink

> Disciplines:  Running, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Burpees, & Body Squats

> Grand Total:   10k Run   -  220 Sit-ups   -  176 Body Squats   -  132 Push-ups   -  88 Burpees

> Course:  Series of Loops (out and back)

>Finisher Medals:  YES 



RULES:

>  No skipping exercises.  Not even 1 rep.
>  Try your hardest and work up a sweat.
>  Have FUN.
